This website serves as an informational hub for the Settlement of the securities class action, In re: King Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Securities Litigation, No. 2:03-CV-77, in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Tennessee, Greeneville Division. If you are a Class Member, in order to be eligible to share in the distribution of the Net Settlement Fund, you must submit a Proof of Claim and Release form postmarked no later than February 8, 2007, establishing that you are entitled to a recovery. You will be bound by any judgment entered in the Action whether or not you make a Claim.
If you desire to be excluded from the Class, you must file a request for exclusion postmarked no later than December 26, 2006, in the manner and form explained in the Notice. All Class Members who do not request to be excluded from the Class will be bound by any judgment entered in the Action.
Any objection to the proposed Settlement, Plan of Allocation or application for attorney fees and reimbursement of Litigation Expenses must be filed with the Court and delivered to counsel for the parties postmarked no later than December 26, 2006 in the manner and form set forth in the Notice.
